Our estimation team work together with building companies either from provided plans or offering customized design solutions to suit the individual home & client lifestyle requirements. Our knowledgeable team bring together the right equipment & installation to suit the needs, budget & quality expectation of you & your client.

Project Management

The Heat Pump People project manage the provision of HVAC services from design through to after sales care. Systems are put in place to ensure equipment, materials & technicians are available for critical milestones such as first fix pre-pipe & second fix completion. Teams are onsite at exactly the right time, ensuring the smooth running of your house build. Quality & consistency of approach is guaranteed so that your project runs to plan & budget every time, without call back.

After Sales Care

Our service provision doesn’t end simply because the equipment is installed. We provide a handover service to your client ensuring they know how to operate & care for their new equipment. We also provide product & labour warranties so the new homeowner can enjoy their purchase with piece of mind & should they need it during the course of ownership, we service, maintain, replace parts & fulfill warranty claims- for a wide range of brands.

Heat or Cooling For An Entire Home

Ducted heat pumps provide discreet air conditioned comfort. They can be installed in a new home or tailored to suit an existing one, & once installed, only the controller, the return air & discharge grilles are visible inside the home.

For additional benefit, a heat recovery/reclaim ventilation system can be incorporated into the ducted system allowing for continuous ventilation to keep the house fresh & dry without the need to open windows or doors.

VAM Heat Reclaim Ventilation

Daikin's VAM-GJVE series HRV (Heat Reclaim Ventilation) systems are compact, energy efficient & can operate under a wide outdoor operating temperature range.

They recover heat energy lost through ventilation & hold down room temperature changes caused by ventilation, maintaining a comfortable & clean environment. This also reduces the load on the air conditioning system & conserves energy.

There are 9 available models with airflow ranging from 41L/s to 555L/s.
